Paper Lotus
Our villa Paper Lotus ( an easy 10 minute walk to Ubud crossroads, market and palace) is available for rent. It is in the village area of Ubud and gives ample opportunity to see daily Balinese community life as well as enjoy the peaceful surroundings and view.It has three large ensuite bedrooms in the main house, huge living area and kitchen, Wifi, pool, bale etc. It's fully furnished, is very well ventilated and has a lovely outlook over pool, trees and temples.As we are in the hills the climate is cooler up here and we don't use air conditioning, though fans are available in each room.The price is $168 per day (minimum stay 3 days) or $1100 per week. Longer stays can be negotiated. The price includes Ibu Figo who looks after the house and does basic cleaning and shopping, Lita and Yanik whocome in to cook breakfast, Pak Wayan, Dewa and Nyoman who come once or twice a week to look after the garden and pool, and basic utilities and Wifi.If you would like to have restaurant or warung food in the evenings, we can arrange for it to be sent in or Ayu can come in the evening to cook a Balinese style dinner (by arrangement also).It is possible to rent part of the house, either self contained 1 bedroom ($375 per week) or self contained 2 bedrooms ($750 per week).
